1. Contact the operator directly to check that there is still space available for Nautilus divers on this trip. The operator contact info is listed in the What’s On >Club Dives page for each month’s dive trip and in the email sent to financial club members.
2. Please arrange payment directly with the operator, using a credit card or any other forms of payment acceptable by the operator. Make sure the operator’s reservation desk understands that you are booking for the Nautilus Club Trip and getting the special club rate before making the payment.
3. Immediately after booking, send an email to our Dive Coordinator at divecoordinator@nautilus-scuba.net to advise that you are booked on the trip. Include your full name and the best contact number where you can be reached in case we need to get in touch with you before the dive.
4. Enjoy your dive outing and consider sharing your experience with a brief paragraph or two for our club newsletter – send to the editor@nautilus-scuba.net
